Toddlers and Trees
¡Bienvenidos a todos! Nosotros hablamos español.
Dragonflies and butterflies darting past, slow meanders down the trail, stopping to watch a bug or listen to the bird songs. These are the magical things of early childhood. Join us for this parent/caregiver and child nature class designed for children who are walking well to age three. We will be exploring three different local canyons or nature sites.
Activities will include a welcoming circle time with songs, puppets, stories or dance; a short nature meander, snack time, more exploring, art activities, and a closing circle time with movement activities and a special good-bye song.
Cost: $108.00/six weeks. Cost of four week session is $72.00. After your registration and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation that your place is reserved in the session. This class is taught by Patti Shields, M.A. (founder of At Home In Nature), and Guadalupe (Lupe) Rivas–both naturalists and nature school teachers. See their bios here.
